Michael Rodriguez is the Lead Pastor at Ironbridge Church. He is an ordained minister through the Southern Baptist Convention and holds his Masters and Doctoral degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Michael has been serving in full-time ministry for over 15 years in a variety of capacities. He has a passion to preach and a desire to lead the next generation to know and love God by partnering with families in the discipleship journey. 

Michael currently resides in Chesterfield with Carryssa, his bride of 14 years and they have two beautiful daughters. He likes to read, go for a run, play tennis, and considers himself to be a master chef when it comes to smoking ribs.
