FAQ’s

  • Is there a fee to use the facilites?

Yes, a fee is required for events based on the space reserved and the duration of use. This fee includes access to a meeting space with chairs and tables (setup and teardown are the responsibility of the group). Additional fees may apply for A/V needs or special requests.

In some cases, fees may be waived, particularly for mission fundraising events or school-related functions. Once you submit the Facility Event Request Form, a representative will follow up with you to discuss pricing and details.

  • Are there any blackout dates for events?

Yes, events cannot be scheduled on the following holidays: Easter weekend, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the week before and after Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Additionally, weekend availability is limited as we prepare for Sunday services. The Worship Center is not available for non-ministry events that require a setup different from our standard Sunday layout.

  • How do I schedule an event?

To request a date for your event, complete the Facility Event Request Form. Events may be scheduled no more than one year in advance and no less than three weeks before the desired date.

Once your request is submitted, our event coordinator will contact you via email to confirm availability. Please note that confirmation does not guarantee your event date. Your date will only be secured once we receive the Rental Agreement and payment.

  • What about large events?

Concerts, conferences, plays, dance recitals, and similar gatherings are considered Large Events and follow a different process than small events, weddings, or funerals. Due to the additional requirements involved, standard fees and policies do not apply.

If you’re planning a large event, please contact our events team to discuss your needs so we can determine the best way to accommodate your request.

  • Can I have my wedding at Ironbridge?

We are honored to walk alongside our regular attenders in preparing for marriage and planning their wedding day. Our team offers resources and support to help guide you through the process of scheduling, rehearsals, and ceremony details.

At Ironbridge, we believe marriage is a covenant relationship designed by God. While cultural views on marriage may shift, we hold to the Biblical definition of marriage as a sacred union between one man and one woman (Gen. 2:24; Matt. 19:1-9; Mark 10:1-12). Therefore, our pastors, ministers, and staff will only officiate marriages that align with this Biblical view, and our facilities will only be used for ceremonies that reflect this belief.

For more information on scheduling a wedding or requesting a pastor to officiate, please contact us at info@ironbridge.org.

  • Can I hold a funeral at Ironridge?

We are here to support and serve families during times of loss. Our facilities are available for funerals and memorial services at no cost to members, though availability is limited and varies from week to week.

If you would like to check availability or request a pastor to officiate a service, please contact the church office:
